Arrive at Airport and meet our guide at Chiang Mai airport and proceed for Hotel. After check-in, take rest in the hotel. Evening at leisure.

Day 2: Half Day Chiang Mai Temples Tour

After breakfast, pick up from hotel for half day temple tour
The charming city of Chiang Mai is a mix of atmospheric temples and sleepy streets. There’s nowhere quite like it, which is why we’re taking you exploring city’s best temples with a knowledgeable guide.
Wat Suan Dok has a collection of gleaming white chedi, which are Buddhist mausoleums. The white spires contrast dramatically with the mountains in the background making the spot a favourite among photographers. The ashes of Chiang Mai’s royal families are interred here.
Admire at the 14th century Wat Phra Singh, a stellar example of Lanna architecture displayed in high-pitch, three-tier roofs and elaborately carved wood gables. This temple is revered for its Buddha statue. The Phra Singh, which gives the temple its name, is based on a lion Buddha yet has many human characteristics.
Also visit Wat Chedi Luang, this large Buddhist temple in the heart of Chiang Mai is one of the city’s most famous locations. The enormous crumbling chedi built in 1441 is surrounded by striking elephant and serpent statues. These snake-like animals are known as nagas: mythical creatures who guard temples of great value!
Chiang Mai’s oldest temple is another must-see. Built in 1297, Wat Chiang Man houses two sacred and ancient Buddha statues. Be amazed by the Chang Lom chedi, known as the elephant chedi. This mausoleum is rimmed by brick-and-stucco elephants that appear to be supporting on their backs the structure’s upper floors.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 3: Day tour of Chiang Rai and Golden Triangle

After breakfast, pick up from hotel for day tour.
There is so much to see and do whilst in Thailand, and on this exciting tour, you will learn about it’s incredible culture whilst soaking up the colourful panoramas.
The first stop will be the marvelous Mae Kajan Hot Springs where the naturally steaming water is hot enough to boil eggs! Next, head over to visit three countries at once at the Golden Triangle. The countries of Thailand, Burma and Laos meet amid rolling hills. Their borders are defined by the mighty Mekong River’s convergence point with the Ruak River. Why not soak up the scenery on an optional boat ride along the Mekong River. You’ll also have the chance to learn more about the “golden”, or opium, behind the region’s name. The plant that is the source of many narcotics was once widely grown here at the museum dedicated to opium which examines its history, cultivation and damaging effects.
Continue as you travel to the Thailand border town of Mae Sai before crossing the bridge into Burma to visit Tachilek and its bustling markets. We’ll stop for tasty lunch. Refreshed and refueled, we’ll hit the markets for souvenir shopping. Authentic Burmese handicrafts, such as sarongs, puppets and cheroots, are available for purchase. On our return to Chiang Mai, we’ll see how the native populations live with visits to hill tribe villages and get to know Akha tribal members, renowned for their wonderful sense of humour, and Yao tribal members, who create exquisite embroidered costumes.

Day 4: Day at Leisure

with soaring ceilings, the offshoot parts can get narrow with low overhangs. Climb, squeeze and duck through the passageways and rock formations, perhaps a bat or two flying above you. Fun!
After our cave adventures, we’ll head to the Chiang Dao market to gorge on delicious local meals before making our way to the Buatong Sticky Waterfall. While waterfalls are notorious for being slippery (and quite dangerous!), one impressive feature about this natural wonder is the sticky mineral deposits that allow visitors to actually climb up the waterfall without falling off. Feel free to appreciate the scenic landscape while you’re at it as well.
Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5: Departure from Chiang Mai

After breakfast, check out from the hotel, and Proceed to the airport to take a flight for onward destination after a memorable tour.
