Itinerary
Day 01 : Leh Arrival
Take pleasure in your journey to Leh, the Ladakh capital. Our agent will greet you and assist you with your transfer to your hotel so you can check in when you arrive at the Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport in Leh (11562 feet), the land of brave hearts. Due to your sudden arrival at Leh's high altitude, it is advisable that you rest the full day to acclimate to the conditions. Dinner is on the hotel's menu.
Day 02: Leh –Khardungla Pass –Leh
After breakfast today, you will be transported to Khardung-la, the highest motorable road in the world at 18,380 feet. The summit of the pass offers breathtaking views that make you feel as though you are on top of the world. Return to the inn. Free afternoon for shopping at the local market. The motel in the afternoon.
Day 03: Leh –Excursion To Sham Valley ( 50kms/3hrs )
Prepare yourself to follow the Indus River downstream on the Leh-Kargil Highway after breakfast. Before going to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, it is time to visit the Hall of Fame, a museum built by the Indian Army, which is located close to Leh. After that, there is an additional 4 kilometers to Magnetic Hill, which defies gravity, deep within the Himalayas. We will drive through breathtaking scenery to reach the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, which is famous for the Chadar Trek, or trekking on a frozen river. We drove back to Leh afterward. Have dinner and spend the night in Leh.
Day 04: Depart From Leh
On your last morning in Leh-Ladakh, savor breakfast before catching your journey back home. The trip comes to an end with intriguing stories and memories to tell back home.
