Itinerary
Day 01: Arrival At Guawahati
You will be welcomed by our representative at Guwahati Airport who will take you to your reserved accommodation. After checking in it is advised that you freshen up and get some rest. It is a beautiful location so you can roam around the streets surrounded by greenery. After wandering in the woods, you can come back to your hotel for a cozy night’s sleep.
Day 02: Guawahati Sightseeing
After having a lavish breakfast, get ready for a full-day trip to the astounding locations in Guwahati. You will visit the state zoo, the Navagraha, Umananda, Balaji, and Kamakhya temples. After a full day of excursion, you will be taken back to your hotel so that you can get some rest in comfort. Make sure you sleep early because you will have to wake up early.
Day 03: Guawahati – Kaziranga
Once you are done with your breakfast, you will be driven to Kaziranga early in the morning. The distance to Kaziranga from your accommodation is 250 km. It is a 5-hour long drive. You will be taken to your accommodation where you will spend the rest of your day.
Day 04: Kaziranga Sightseeing
This day will be dedicated to your leisure. There is an elephant ride that you can take at your own expense. It will be available at 5 am in the morning so make sure you get proper rest the day before. After the thrilling experience, you can come back to the hotel to experience the breakfast, Jeep Safari. These activities are not included in the package.
After spending the day doing fun activities, return to your hotel and get a sound sleep.
Day 05: Kaziranga – Shillong
In the morning you will be driven to Shillong. On the way, you will visit the Umium Lake. It will take about 5 hours to reach Shillong from Kaziranga. Upon arrival check in at the hotel and spend the night in peace.
Day 06: Shillong – Cherrapunjee (60 KMs / 2 Hrs-One Way)
After having a lovely breakfast, get ready for a lovely expedition to the Cherra Punjee. You will be brought back to Shillong by evening. You can visit the local markets and buy some souvenirs for yourself and your friends or family.
After spending a wholesome day, you will be taken back to Shillong for a pleasant night stay.
Day 07: Shillong – Mwallynnong – Shillong (85 KMs / 2 ½ Hrs-One Way)
After having a lovely breakfast, get ready for a tour of Mwallynnong. You will be brought back to Shillong by the evening. Now is your leisure time. You can stroll through the local markets and try the delicious cuisine of Shillong. Once you are tired, get back to your hotel for a comfortable sleep.
Day 08: Shillong – Guawahati Departure
After having breakfast, check out of the hotel. The driver will take you to Guwahati Airport from where you can board your flight towards home. We are sure you will have wonderful memories to embrace for a lifetime.
